How to Order

A clear, guided process from your first enquiry to collection.

Select the heater or patio furniture you would like to rent.

We will confirm availability for your required date and delivery location and provide the applicable rental and delivery costs.

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The outstanding balance must be paid before delivery or collection of the rental equipment.

Choose delivery arranged by The Comfort Hire ZA or arrange your own suitable transport.

After the agreed rental period, we will collect the equipment or you will return it in accordance with the agreed arrangements.

Option 1

We arrange delivery and collection through our courier partner. Service is available within Gauteng only.

Option 2

You may arrange collection and return using suitable transport, subject to approval.

01The fully assembled pyramid heater is approximately 225 cm high and 26–28 kg. It should be transported upright and securely fastened.
02Furniture requires a suitable bakkie, trailer or enclosed vehicle with enough space to prevent movement, scratching or damage.
03All equipment must be secured and protected in transit.
04We may decline to release equipment when the proposed vehicle or transportation method is unsuitable or unsafe.
